“Don't get me wrong....the staff was wonderful, clean room and convenient location....but paper thin walls and struggles with heating and air conditioning. The breakfast was "pretty good".”

“I will be very honest with this hotel. I had to get something quick because we had an event coming up and we drove 6 hours from NY to Virginia. Right when we checked in we were greated by the staff and they were very nice I will say that. Got to the elevator to go to the room and horrible . The smell the floor the elevator just so nasty and DIRTY. Get into the room and right off the bat the sofa was disgusting nothing was whipped down had such a musty smell. I immediately called the front desk...

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“Pessimo! Peggior servizio di pulizia che abbia mai visto. Ma tutto il personale dell’albergo veramente inadeguato e non professionale. Preferirei dormire in tenda piuttosto che tornare in questo hotel.”

“Very nice rooms. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was good especially yogurt and chicken. Bonus you could visit embassy suites for happy hour. Bartender Taylor was very pleasant and engaging!”
